  • Customer Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded 100%. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, and a 100% no-show fee will apply.
  • STINGRAY BEACH COZUMEL Cancellation: In case of cancellation due to bad weather or if the customer’s cruise ship does not arrive at the port or is delayed preventing them from arriving on time, a 100% refund will be provided.
