DESCRIPTION
Chocolate was first made by the Mayans! We will guide you through the same ancient process they used to transform cacao into chocolate. However, instead of just learning, you’ll get to create your very own chocolate bar in a comfortable, air-conditioned seaside workshop overlooking the Caribbean.
After crafting your chocolate, you’ll have the chance to indulge in a delightful pairing of high-quality chocolate and fine wine. Learn how different flavors and textures enhance each other, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and depth. This unique tasting experience will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the artistry behind chocolate making and the exquisite harmony of chocolate and wine.
